Planned Giving

Many alumni, faculty and friends already support the Warren Wilson MFA Program for Writers through annual contributions, to specific scholarship funds or for general operating needs.

For those who wish to ensure the Program's sustainability into the future, a planned gift is worth considering. Planned gifts, made during your lifetime, support the Program by building an anticipated base of continued support. You can arrange for a planned gift in your will by making a gift of cash or securities. You can also make the Program a beneficiary of funds from a pension plan or an insurance policy. Depending on your circumstances, there may be tax advantages to you or your heirs.

Your individual circumstances will be as unique as your reasons for giving. Please consult with your financial advisor to see which planned giving strategy is best for you.
